Are you a strategic and influential leader passionate about creating lasting social change?

WAAEH is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our mission to end homelessness in Western Australia. This pivotal leadership role will drive the implementation of WA’s 10-Year Strategy to End Homelessness, champion systems change, and build powerful partnerships across government, community services, business and philanthropy.

As the WAAEH Executive Director you will:
🔷 Lead WA’s collective effort to end homelessness.
🔷 Inspire and lead a dedicated team.
🔷 Drive systems change and strategic impact across the sector.
🔷 Champion research, evaluation and continuous improvement.
🔷 Advocate for policy reform and evidence-based solutions
🔷 Guide governance, organisational performance and accountability.

We are looking for someone who has:
🔷 Proven executive leadership experience.
🔷 Strong networks across the WA community, social impact, government or corporate sectors.
🔷 Expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
🔷 Experience working within collective impact, systems change or social reform frameworks.
🔷 A passion for achieving sustainable outcomes for vulnerable communities
