Louise Olney

Louise is the newly appointed Executive Director for the WA Alliance to End Homelessness.
Louise has spent the last 7 years supporting not-for-profit and for purpose organisations across a the social and community sector, with a focus on housing and homelessness, young people and community agency. With a first career in human resources in financial services, Louise brings expertise in community engagement, strategy development, culture change, and translating business strategy into action and has a passion for system-thinking and grass-roots change making to helping communities and for-purpose organisations thrive.
Louise is a member of WA Government’s Housing First Homelessness Advisory Group and was an advisory group member for Net Zero Australia’s Net Zero Mobilisation report in 2023.
