Supportive Housing Needs Assessment for West Australia

The WAAEH commissioned Per Capita’s Centre for Equitable Housing (CEH) to develop and independent report to identify and provide estimated costs for the scale of housing and support required to address chronic homelessness in Perth and Bunbury.

This report, which uses a rigorous methodology initially developed by the Corporation for Supportive Housing in the US and expanded by Per Capita, argues that SH is the most appropriate solution to chronic homelessness for a specific cohort of people with high needs and histories of chronic homelessness.
