The National Cabinet should establish a national initiative to end homelessness, partnering with the Commonwealth Government, states and territories and local government representatives. This initiative should be similar to the successful national depression initiative, Beyond Blue, and focus on changing attitudes and demonstrating that ending homelessness is possible.
